Three instructors, one pool

Women instructors teach the women's sessions. Every instructor holds the checks on our safety page.

    Ifrah teaches the first-time and lap swimming levels in the women's sessions. She runs Lap from the college pool in Shively and answers the phone herself. She speaks Somali and English.

    Sunok teaches Comfortable in the shallow end in the women's sessions. She has taught adult classes in Louisville pools, and she keeps a rail and a noodle ready for anyone who wants one.

    Antony teaches the mixed sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday morning, from the first time in the water to technique.
