Safety routines
Before you get in
Rinse, sign in at the desk, and tell your instructor what helps: a rail, a noodle, a swim top, a quiet corner of the pool.
Adults only in class
No children are in the pool or on the deck during our classes. Friends and family wait in the lobby.
Stopping when you want
You can step out, rest at the wall or end a class at any time. No one asks you why.
Unwell or closed
We text members when the pool closes, and a missed class is made up in the same session.
